Returns policy
- Returns and exchanges: Typically, we do not accept returns or exchange unless your product has arrived faulty, damaged or not as expected. If you order the wrong size, we are unable to offer a refund as you can find all our size charts on our instagram or product pages. If you order the wrong size, please contact us promptly after your order to have it modified.
-Faulty items: If your item is received with any faults, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
-Refunds: All sales are final. Therefore refunds are only issued if there is a fault or probelm with your order and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping policy
- UK orders: shipped within 1-5 working days, unless specified as a pre-order
- International orders: shipped within 1-5 working days, unless specified as a pre-order
- Guernsey orders: personally delivered within 0-5 working days, unless specified as a pre-order
Please not that all orders including a pre order item will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of your order, follow our instagram for updates, and feel free to contact us through our website form with any inquires
Additionally, please take into note that all orders are packaged and shipped in Guernsey, Channel islands. This means that shipping may cost more, and take slightly longer than products from your usual UK stores. We ensure that the shipping price will be relative to the items you order, to make it as fair and transparent as possible.
